AI Trainer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the software product engineering team to develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
• Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
• Curate, conceptualize, and deliver large-scale training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Lead hands-on sessions, workshops, and bootcamps using the latest AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
• Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
• Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML, agentic systems, and LLM technologies and integrate them into programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in curating, conceptualizing, and delivering large-scale technical training programs.
• Proven ability to design AI curricula in collaboration with technical teams and industry partners.
• Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI integration in enterprise software products.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with startups or innovation labs in edtech or AI sectors.
• Open-source project contributions or community involvement is a strong plus.
• Prior experience with AI certification programs from AWS, Nvidia, GCP, or Microsoft.
