As an AI Trainer at our company, your role will involve creating, reviewing, and refining datasets to train AI models. You will provide feedback on AI-generated content for grammar, tone, and context, as well as design and evaluate prompts for various use cases. Collaboration with the AI team to enhance training methodologies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create, review, and refine datasets for AI model training. - Provide feedback on grammar, tone, and context of AI-generated content. - Design and evaluate prompts for different use cases. - Collaborate with the AI team to improve training methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an AI Trainer, Data Annotator, Language Specialist, or similar role. - Excellent command of English (written and verbal). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI tools. - Background in content writing, linguistics, or language teaching is a plus.
