Role Description

This part-time AI Trainer role is an on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The AI Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to enhance team members' understanding and use of AI tools and techniques. Key tasks include providing one-on-one and group training sessions, developing training materials, analyzing team performance, staying updated with AI trends, and tailoring strategies to improve operational efficiency within the context of the maritime industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and conducting workshops on Artificial Intelligence and related tools or methods
• Knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning, or data science, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a comprehensible manner
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences
• Experience in developing training materials and course content related to technology or AI
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with the maritime industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hands-on environment
