Job Description

Build internal AI-powered tools that solve bottlenecks across functions like Design, Marketing, Branding, Data Science, Copywriting, and Product. Automate repetitive workflows using AI agents, low-code/no-code platforms, API integrations across internal systems and SaaS platforms. Translate non-technical business needs into functional internal products using AI/automation as core enablers. Create scalable, modular internal tools that drive efficiency, innovation, and ownership across teams. Mentor interns and junior team members to cultivate an internal culture of technical problem solving. Build and deploy AI agents, automation bots, dashboards, and internal tools that solve real problems for business teams. Integrate APIs across CRM, marketing platforms, analytics, and internal systems. Rapidly prototype solutions with low-code tools, progressing to scalable custom builds as needed. Establish technical standards, documentation, and reusable components for internal automation/AI. Mentor interns and junior product members in AI, automation, and technical problem solving. Continuously explore and apply new AI/LLM technologies, APIs, automation methods for internal use cases. 3+ years experience in AI-powered applications, automation, or internal tools development. Strong in Python, API integrations, OpenAI API, Langchain, or similar AI platforms. Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, Airtable). Familiarity with building internal SaaS-like platforms or automating multi-team workflows. Enjoys building usable products from ambiguous requirements. Can collaborate closely with non-technical business stakeholders. Built GPT-based chatbots, AI content tools, or automation bots for internal use. Integrated 3+ SaaS platforms via APIs for workflow automation. Mentored junior engineers or interns in product/technical roles. Worked in an internal innovation lab, accelerator, or skunkworks environment. Core Skills: Strong Python programming (API work, automation scripts, data pipelines). Familiarity with OpenAI API, Langchain, Llama Index, embeddings workflows. Knows Zapier, Make, Retool, or similar tools to quickly prototype internal apps. Understands backend + basic frontend (can wire UI or dashboards if needed). Knows how to connect disparate tools (CRM, Google Sheets, marketing APIs, etc.). Builds scalable architecture after prototyping. Projects You Should Have Done Built an AI-powered internal tool (e.g., GPT-based content editor, reporting bot). Created automation to eliminate manual reporting/spreadsheet updates. Integrated 3+ SaaS platforms to talk to each other via APIs. Launched a workflow tool for internal business users. Led (or solo-built) an AI-based MVP from scratch.
