AI Solution Architect

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with a significant focus on AI and machine learning.

• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, and experience with various AI algorithms and models.

• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), with a strong preference for experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI-related services.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust AI solutions within the Healthcare IT domain.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making, with a demonstrated track record of successfully driving AI initiatives within an organization.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with a strong ability to collaborate and build consensus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is required, as well as a strong understanding of the Healthcare IT landscape.

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools, with a focus on automating and streamlining the AI development and deployment lifecycle.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
