Your Opportunity

AI Simulation Developer

This is a fully remote position, available on an hourly or project-based basis.

Role Overview

As an AI Simulation Developer, you will:

• Design Simulation Environments

  : Build realistic, scalable, and interactive environments for agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or scenario analysis.

• Synthetic Data Generation

  : Develop tools and pipelines for generating and labeling synthetic datasets to accelerate AI/ML model training.

• Agent Integration

  : Integrate and test AI agents (RL, planning, control) within simulation frameworks.

• Framework Expertise

  : Work with platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, OpenAI Gym, Isaac Sim, or custom simulation libraries.

• Performance Tuning

  : Optimize simulations for fidelity, speed, and scalability—supporting both cloud and edge deployment.

• Collaborate Across Teams

  : Work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional simulation solutions.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience

  : Minimum 2+ years in simulation development, AI/ML, game development, or a related field.

• Simulation Platforms

  : Proficiency with Unity, Unreal Engine, OpenAI Gym, Isaac Sim, Carla, or other leading simulation tools.

• Programming

  : Strong skills in Python and/or C# (Unity) or C++ (Unreal Engine).

• Synthetic Data

  : Experience generating, labeling, and managing synthetic datasets for machine learning.

• AI/Agent Integration

  : Familiarity with RL algorithms, agent-based modeling, or AI-in-the-loop simulation.

• Deployment

  : Ability to deploy simulations in cloud, on-premise, or edge environments for research and production.
