We’re looking for a curious and analytically strong AI Research Engineer (Trainee) who is excited to explore the latest AI tools and technologies, conduct real-world research, and support development teams by keeping them up to date with the ever-evolving AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to understand product requirements and contribute to planning and development strategies
• Research and evaluate AI tools, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI) and recommend the most suitable options for team use
• Share findings with the development team and train or guide them on how to implement these tools effectively
• Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to design, prototype, and test new AI-driven features
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI models for performance, reliability, and practical use in code generation and analysis
• Integrate and test AI components within existing product infrastructure in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Track and analyse AI trends, adapt state-of-the-art public research into working prototypes, and contribute to internal R&D knowledge base
• Continuously propose innovative applications of AI to enhance development workflows and reduce manual effort

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Managers to understand what the product needs and help plan how to build it
• Look into different AI tools and suggest the best ones for the team to use
• Share what you learn with the team and help them understand how to use the tools
• Keep up with the latest AI trends and developments
• Have a strong understanding of how social media platforms work
• Always look for creative ways to use AI to make work easier and save time
• Good in English
• Good in education
• Good in prompt engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex problems
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze, summarize, and present findings clearly
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate, mentor peers, and communicate ideas effectively
• A fast learner who keeps up with the latest advancements in AI and technology
