AI Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Program Manager

Aventis Solutions is igniting the AI revolution: Now, our tech partner is establishing a new AI Innovation Hub in Pune, India, and we are hiring 3x Delivery Managers to lead programme execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI and GenAI solutions. These are pivotal leadership roles within a rapidly scaling fintech, designed to ensure that ambitious AI initiatives move from strategy to execution at pace and scale.

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. From day one, you will set delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopts AI globally.

What You Will Lead and Deliver:

• Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
• Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
• Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
• Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub
