Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and manage AI-driven projects that revolutionize the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize Language Models (LLMs) to enhance recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to rank resumes against job descriptions with high accuracy.
Ensure compliance with patented AI algorithms and drive innovation in recruitment technology.
Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and clients.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI and product management.
Proven experience in managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of Language Models (LLMs) and their application in recruitment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Masters degree in a related field.
Experience with patented AI technologies.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
