AI Project Manager

As an AI Project Manager at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of AI/GenAI projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner. - Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives. - Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders and senior management. - Being responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality deliverables, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience Required: You Have: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with overall experience of 10-15 years and working as a Project Manager, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms. - Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes. - Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools. - Leadership experience in a technical project management role. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. It would be nice if you also had: - Experience in managing AI/ML platforms or tools. - Familiarity with software development and data science workflows. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
