As a Project Manager at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in resourcing the project by collaborating with the IA regional Operation Leads and your People Staffing Partner. Your responsibilities will include: - Assigning named resources to the project in accordance with the Statement of Work, accounting for correct margin and utilization - Being the single point of contact for the client, embracing the entire scope of technologies being delivered by Capgemini IA - Anticipating, identifying, and communicating risks and attention points to the clients - Ensuring IA Practice frameworks and methodologies are diligently executed by the project team - Continuously ensuring the quality of delivery is as per Capgemini standards - Defining, preparing, and driving project governance for the clients (project committees, steering committees, etc.) Primary Skills required for this role include: - Exposure to executing projects in Cloud environments (GCP (Preferable)/Azure/AWS) - Understanding of the various components of Cloud infrastructure - Knowledge about the latest technologies including GenAi (Predictive (MLE, Deep Learning) / Agentic / Generative) - Execution of few projects technically hands-on - Proficiency in Python to understand challenges and support the teams - Understanding of model building and training - Experience in managing projects in AI/ML - End-to-end project management life cycle for implementing AI projects Secondary Skills that would be beneficial for this role include certifications in Prince/PMP/AI Related.
