AI Project Manager

As an AI Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams comprising of engineering, data science, product, and QA to successfully deliver AI-driven solutions within the specified timelines and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include managing project scopes, risks, resources, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication for AI/ML implementations. It will be crucial for you to translate intricate AI technical requirements into actionable project plans and oversee adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and AI project lifecycle best practices. Collaboration with clients to define success metrics, KPIs, and ROI for AI projects will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and conducting post-implementation reviews. Additionally, mentoring junior project managers on AI project delivery frameworks will be expected from you. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on project management experience with at least 3 years dedicated to managing AI/ML, NLP, or Computer Vision projects such as model deployment, data pipeline integration, or AI product development. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and project planning tools like MS Project is essential. A technical understanding of AI concepts including the machine learning lifecycle, data preprocessing, and MLOps is required. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with familiarity with AI deployment workflows, will be advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills in collaborating with IT and business teams are necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a prerequisite, and holding PMP/CSM certification would be beneficial.,
