AI Product Lead

to shape the future of customer engagement through AI-driven solutions. This role combines

strategic ownership

with

hands-on execution

, requiring someone who can define product vision, work closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor product managers as the organization scales.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Define and drive the product strategy for AI-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Take a hands-on approach: draft PRDs, deep-dive into technical and functional details, and oversee flawless execution.
Partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Mentor and support product managers, enabling them to grow and deliver at scale.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in SaaS.
Demonstrated success in shipping and scaling impactful products.
Prior experience leading or mentoring product teams (preferred).
Strong curiosity and passion for Generative AI; prior experience building with AI tools or platforms is a plus.
