Role Description

This is a full-time, hands-on, on-site role for an AI Practice Lead located in Hyderabad. The AI Practice Lead will be responsible for leading AI projects, developing AI strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions. Daily tasks include data analysis, algorithm development, driving innovation, designing and implementing AI driven fullstack solutions/products, and staying updated on the latest AI trends and technologies. This role will directly work closely with CEO and senior leadership of the organization.

Qualifications

. Experience designing and delivering fullstack solutions driven by AI

• xperience with AI Powered Transformation, including data analysis and algorithm development
• Proficiency in creating tailored custom digital transformation strategies
• Skills in legacy modernization and API development and migrations
• Expertise in monetization of API eco-systems, microservice and portal development
• Strong background in end-to-end agile program and project management
• Excellent leadership and team mentorship abilities
• Advanced knowledge of cloud and infrastructure solutions, data management, and analytics
• Relevant experience with security & enterprise services, platform services, and workload migrations
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
