Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, developers) to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Research and experiment with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and techniques to continuously improve solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights, trends, and predictive models.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance post-deployment.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the AI/ML team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Python, R, or Java

• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries such as

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras

• Experience with

  NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning techniques

• Hands-on experience with data handling using

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
