Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer at Onelab Ventures, located in Pune. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI systems tailored for diverse industries. Day-to-day tasks include data preprocessing, AI model training, performance optimization, and integrating AI solutions into production pipelines. Additionally, the AI/ML Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor advancements in AI trends, and continuously refine solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence model development
• Experience with Data Preprocessing, Statistical Analysis, and Predictive Modeling
• Knowledge of Programming Languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Familiarity with AI/ML Libraries and Frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Expertise in Deployment, Testing, and Scaling AI Systems in production environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Experience in developing AI applications for domains such as healthcare, finance, or customer engagement is a plus
