About The Opportunity

Operating in the AI & Enterprise Software product engineering sector, this role sits at the intersection of applied research and production-grade system delivery. You'll join a fast-moving engineering organisation building scalable ML-driven features and services for business customers across domains such as NLP, computer vision and predictive analytics.Primary title: Machine Learning Engineer (AI/ML Developer) — On-site role based in India.Role & Responsibilities

Design, implement and validate ML models and experiments (classification, regression, NLP, CV) from data ingestion through evaluation.
Build reproducible end-to-end pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation and model versioning.
Productionize models: containerize models, build REST/GRPC inference endpoints, and deploy to cloud or on-prem platforms with CI/CD.
Optimize model performance and inference latency through quantization, batching, caching and model distillation techniques.
Instrument monitoring and alerting for model drift, data quality issues and production performance; implement automated retraining workflows where needed.
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions and clear integration contracts.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record (mid-level to senior) delivering ML models to production; hands-on experience with model deployment and inference APIs.
Comfort working on-site in India and collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong command of software engineering best practices: unit testing, CI/CD, code review and documentation.
