Job Title: AI Engineer Location: Remote Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2–3 years Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and developers to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Research and prototype new algorithms and approaches in AI/ML, NLP, and/or computer vision.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Set up automated training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines (MLOps best practices).
• Stay updated with the latest research, frameworks, and tools in AI/ML and bring them into the product. Requirements Must-Have:
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good-to-Have:
• Experience in NLP (transformers, LLM fine-tuning) or Computer Vision (CNNs, OpenCV).
• Knowledge of APIs and microservices for AI model deployment.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Prior start-up or fast-paced environment experience. What We Offer
