AI Engineer

AI & Automation Solution Development

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven and automation solutions, including conversational AI, document intelligence, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Contribute to rapid proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, helping to build, test, and iterate on new ideas.
• Support the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from initial development to cloud deployment and optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing business platforms and enterprise systems under guidance.
  

Technical Contribution & Learning

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, primarily in Python, for AI and automation solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high technical standards.
• Learn and apply best practices in AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and trends.
  

Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and platform specialists.
• Assist in communicating technical concepts and project progress to various audiences.
• Support the team in aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
  

About You

Must Have

• 1-4 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and/or Automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with developing and deploying AI solutions, with a foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG architectures) and/or Agentic AI principles.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and basic understanding of deployment processes.
• Basic understanding of data pipelines and MLOps concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with specific Generative AI frameworks or libraries.
• Exposure to building or working with multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with document understanding techniques, such as data extraction or OCR.
• Experience using modern AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity.
• Relevant coursework or certifications in AI/ML
