Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain

  multiple MCPs (Model Context Protocols) and product-specific tools

  to enable AI agents to interact reliably with Groww’s financial data, research workflows, and internal systems.
• Drive long-term technical decisions around

  model strategy (LLMs/SLMs), infrastructure, cost optimization, and scalability

  .
• Build production-grade AI systems that move seamlessly from prototype to deployment.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring pipelines for

  accuracy, latency, hallucination control, and model drift

  .
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver

  safe, auditable, and compliant AI solutions

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Hands-on experience with

  LLMs, domain-specific models, multi-modal search, AI agents, and tool calling frameworks

  .
• Experience designing and implementing

  MCPs, agent tools, and structured interfaces

  tailored to product requirements.
• Familiarity with

  financial data, research workflows, or regulated domains

  .
