AI Designer and Storyteller

ARM Worldwide is looking for an AI Creative Head who blends storytelling brilliance with AI-powered creativity. This role requires hands-on involvement in designing creatives, videos, and pitch decks, along with leading AI driven creative thinking, client partnerships, and high-performing teams. 

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Lead AI-driven creative strategy and storytelling across digital campaigns

• Create and oversee AI-generated creatives, graphics, and videos for campaign and pitch briefs

• Drive AI video and graphic solutions as sellable offerings, including concepting, packaging, and client presentations • Design high-quality creatives, videos, and decks aligned with brand and business goals

• Act as a senior client-facing lead—pitching ideas, upselling AI-led creative solutions, and managing relationships

• Own end-to-end creative delivery from ideation to execution

• Mentor and manage creative, design, and content teams

• Integrate AI tools into creative, design, and video workflows for efficiency and innovation

• Collaborate with strategy, performance, and tech teams to align creative outputs with growth goals 

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative leadership within a digital marketing agency

• Proven hands-on expertise in AI-generated videos and graphic creation

• Ability to sell creative and AI-led solutions through strong decks and presentations

• Strong storytelling, visual sensibility, and brand thinking

• Excellent client handling and team leadership experience

• Strategic mindset with strong communication and pitching skill
