Job Title: AI Data Engineer Experience: 3- 5 years Job Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon Key Skills: AI Model deployment and configurations, Python, Azure, AWS, Agile Development Joining – Immediate or Post offer 15 days Role Overview The ideal AI Data Engineer is a dynamic contributor, passionate about software development and AI, and dedicated to making a meaningful impactwithin a team of smart, creative individuals. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development and support of AI-driven integration solutions connecting modern SaaS platforms including Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, Microsoft D365, traditional back- office systems, and strategic data platforms. We seek a candidate experienced in data integrations, data transformations, query/database optimization, consuming web services, workingwith APIs, and leveraging AI technologies. The candidate must be technically proficient with strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic about taking on new problems. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting AI projects and make a significant impact within the organization. KeyResponsibilities Engage with key stakeholders to understand and define AI requirements. Review Business Requirements and design, develop, and test complex AI-driven integration solutions. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations for data transfer, incorporating AI models. Design, build, and optimizeAI agents and applications: developAI agents that can autonomously perform tasks, interact with users, and adapt to changing environments. Optimize these agents for performance, reliability, and scalability Create and refine prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate and contextually relevantresponses. Utilize promptengineering techniques to enhance the performance of AI agents Collaborate with architects and senior technical leads to create and enhance complex AI integration components. Collaborate with other teams in Data Engineering and other Technology functions to deliver secure, reliable, robust, and scalable AI-integrated solutions. Perform quality assurance and testing at the unit level. Troubleshoot and take ownership of issues in development, test, and production environments, including performance optimization and continuous tuning. Continuously learn and evaluate the latest AI development methods, tools, and technologies. Demonstrate strongproblem-solving ability, logic,and analytical skills. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills and Experience 3-5 years ofexperience in a data engineering or data scient role Demonstrable experience within data engineering and AI-related projects. Hands-on project delivery experience within several data-related initiatives, including data design, data mapping, and data quality assessment. Strong experience with AI technologies and machine learningframeworks to enhance integration solutions. Experience with AI Modeldeployment and configurations Proficient in one or more data-related programming languages such as Python Driven to continually learn about and incorporate new AI technologies.
