AI Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Synthesia, etc.) to create and refine marketing creatives, ad copy, and multimedia content.
• Generate

  ad variations, headlines, taglines, and visuals

  optimized for multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to

  ideate and execute AI-assisted campaign concepts

  .
• Use

  prompt engineering

  to guide AI models for relevant, brand-aligned outputs.
• Create

  personalized content

  variations based on audience segmentation and ad performance data.
• Stay updated on

  AI and creative automation trends

  to enhance campaign performance and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a library of

  tested prompts, creative templates, and AI workflows

  for team use.
• Ensure all AI-generated outputs meet brand tone, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing

  and

  advertising fundamentals

  (performance, targeting, creatives, A/B testing).
• Hands-on experience with

  AI content tools

  like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, or Runway ML.
• Creative writing and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and campaign goals.
• Familiarity with

  social media trends

  , ad formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze creative performance data to iterate and improve AI-generated outputs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in
