Role Overview: As an AI & Automation Engineer at our company, your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using tools like N8N. You will be responsible for connecting AI agents to our knowledge base, streamlining support operations, and contributing to various AI projects. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with hands-on experience in AI integrations and a strong background in developing automated solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Development: - Create and maintain automation workflows using N8N (or similar tools) to connect AI agents with our knowledge base. - Develop, test, and deploy integrations between various APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. - Support Automation: - Implement AI-driven solutions to automate support processes and enhance the user experience. - Monitor automated systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaboration & Documentation: - Work closely with cross-functional teams (support, IT, product, etc.) to understand requirements and implement effective automation solutions. - Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations for internal reference and training. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement: - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and automation. - Research and evaluate new tools and technologies that could enhance our support systems and other business operations. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Required Qualifications: - Proven experience working with AI systems and building automation workflows. - Hands-on experience with N8N or similar workflow automation platforms. - Solid understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, and webhooks. - Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AI models or conversational agents (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.). - Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as Python or JavaScript. - Prior experience in customer support automation or help desk environments. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
