We are looking for a talented AI & Automation Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. As an AI & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI systems with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation solutions driven by AI. Your role will involve working with Python, utilizing LLM frameworks like Ollama and Hugging Face, and applying your expertise in conversational agents and automation principles to solve complex challenges and drive innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and optimizing LLM-powered applications for automation and natural language processing. - Crafting effective prompts to enhance LLM output quality for various applications. - Designing and implementing conversational agents like chatbots using LLMs. - Building end-to-end automation workflows using Python and AI/ML tools. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. To be successful in this role, you must have proficiency in Python, a deep understanding of LLM architectures, hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like Ollama and Hugging Face, expertise in prompt engineering, and the ability to build conversational agents. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable. We are looking for candidates with educational qualifications in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields, along with hands-on experience in AI/ML development, specifically focusing on LLMs or NLP. A portfolio showcasing projects related to LLM applications, automation workflows, or conversational agents is highly recommended. In addition to technical skills, we value strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a curiosity to experiment with new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
