Job Description

Responsibilities:

Architect and lead implementation of scalable LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems for speech, NLP, and conversational AI use cases.
Own end-to-end AI system design, including model selection, orchestration strategies, vector store integration, and deployment architecture.
Define and drive the enterprise GenAI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact use cases in alignment with business and product goals.
Guide technical direction and design reviews across AI initiatives; mentor team members on LLM engineering, agent design, and MLOps.
Partner with data, infra, and product teams to embed AI capabilities into core platforms and workflows with measurable impact.
Establish standards for model governance, observability, and compliance; ensure responsible AI practices are integrated across all deployments.
Evaluate and incorporate emerging tools and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Whisper, Hugging Face) into the AI tech stack.

Qualifications (Education/Certifications)

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
9+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused roles
At least 3+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role involving large-scale AI/ML systems
Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale (especially LLMs or multi-agent systems)
