AI Architect

As an AI Architect at CLOUDSUFI, you will play a key role in driving the AI strategy for customers in various sectors including Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Fintech. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing AI strategies that align with customer business objectives, leading large-scale AI transformation programs, managing a team of Data Scientists, staying updated on the latest AI trends, and contributing to knowledge repository creation. You will lead a team of 10-25 Data Scientists to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve assigning tasks, tracking deliverables, removing impediments for team members, monitoring project progress, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide feedback to team members, act as a coach and mentor, collaborate with other teams and Program Managers, and participate in organization development activities. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 3 years as an AI Architect. A Master's or Ph.D. in disciplines like Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics is required, with an emphasis on deep learning, machine learning, Generative AI, or optimization. You must have experience articulating business transformation journeys using AI technology to C-Level Executives and delivering large-scale AI transformation programs for multinational organizations. Proficiency in Python, ML packages, open-source software development, and cloud native technologies, especially on GCP tech stack, is essential. Hands-on experience with AI and GenAI algorithms, leading teams of Data Scientists, and working independently or as part of a team are also necessary. Preferred skills include experience in sectors like Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Fintech, knowledge of cloud platforms, and GCP certifications. Non-technical competencies required for this role include working with large customers in the Middle East, strong written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills, as well as persuasive and negotiation skills. Effective task prioritization, time management, stakeholder management skills, working under stringent deadlines, and demonstrating Organizational Citizenship Behavior are also crucial for this position.,
