We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Architect to lead the design and deployment
of next-generation AI systems for our cutting-edge platform. You will be responsible for
architecting scalable GenAI and machine learning solutions, establishing MLOps best
practices, and ensuring robust security and cost-efficient operations across our AI-powered
modules
Primary Skills:
• System architecture for GenAI: design scalable pipelines using LLMs, RAG,
multi‐agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Machine‐learning engineering: PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Retrieval & vector search: FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, pgvector; embedding selection
and index tuning.
• Cloud infra: AWS production experience (GPU instances, Bedrock / Vertex AI, EKS,
IAM, KMS).
• MLOps & DevOps: MLflow / Kubeflow, Docker + Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
• Security & compliance: data encryption, RBAC, PII redaction in LLM prompts.
• Cost & performance optimisation: token‐usage budgeting, caching, model routing.
• Stakeholder communication: ability to defend architectural decisions to CTO,
product, and investors.
