Role Overview

As a Senior AI & ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and AI systems. You will work alongside data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to create robust AI-driven applications using Python, Golang, and various ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models and algorithms for real-world business problems.
• Build scalable backend services in Python and Golang to support AI functionalities.
• Deploy and optimize ML models into production environments.
• Lead architecture decisions and code reviews, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and DevOps.
• Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI/ML to propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years focused on ML applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Good experience working with Golang for backend development or system-level programming.
• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle – data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Background in NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
