AI and ML Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and deploy scalable, production-ready ML systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, recommendation, or forecasting tasks.
• Work with data scientists and data engineers to process, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines — from data ingestion to model training and deployment.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune for improved results.
• Deploy models to production using cloud services or on-premises infrastructure.
• Maintain and monitor model performance over time; implement retraining strategies as needed.
• Document models, workflows, and experiments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in AI and ML.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with machine learning and data science projects.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Strong grasp of ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, cross-validation, etc.
• Experience deploying models via REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow), and basic MLOps concepts.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to NLP or computer vision projects.
• Experience with cloud-native ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases or data warehouses.
• Contributions to open-source projects or ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹263,136.67 - ₹667,650.30 per year
