Internship (Work From Office, Hyderabad)

We are looking for motivated interns who want to kickstart their careers by working on real-world AI and ML engineering projects. This internship is hands-on and meant for candidates who want practical startup exposure rather than classroom-style training.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers on AI and ML-driven projects in automation and CRM
• Build, test, and improve models/features used in production environments
• Gain exposure to machine learning workflows, API integration, and automation pipelines
• Learn how startups develop and scale AI-powered products

Expectations

• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation
• Basic understanding of Python, data handling, or model building (preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and solve problems independently
• Must report to the office daily in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad

Training and Growth plan

• 6-Month Training Phase (Unpaid): The initial phase is focused on hands-on training and real project exposure. Interns will work directly on live projects with our developers, gaining practical startup and AI/ML experience.
• Next 6 Months (Paid Role): After completing the training, interns will automatically transition into Junior AI/ML Engineer roles for the next 6 months with a paid opportunity.
• Onsite Opportunity (Dubai): Exceptional performers during this 1-year journey will be considered for onsite opportunities at our Dubai office, offering international exposure and career acceleration.
• Career Progression Beyond the Year: After the first year, top performers can advance into full-time AI/ML Engineer positions and leadership roles as the company continues to scale.

Selection Process

Candidates must complete an assessment project to qualify.
