Work Mode

: Hybrid (3 days working from office)We are looking for an experienced AI Algorithm Developer to join a world-class team of algorithm and software engineers. The role involves designing and developing advanced algorithms in

deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, and image processing

for wafer inspection and metrology applications.The ideal candidate should be passionate about

creating new ideas, analyzing complex systems, formulating mathematical solutions, and implementing practical ML/DL workflows

for production use.This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be open to domestic/international travel (up to 20%) for customer support, beta testing, and training activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve DL/ML training sets and workflow processes.
  • Assess and enhance DL/ML model performance.
  • Compare and benchmark different DL/ML learning models.
  • Develop and implement algorithms for signal-to-noise ratio improvement and feature extraction from noisy images.
  • Collaborate with global teams across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Work with product engineering teams to define performance specifications and deliver accordingly.
  • Provide technical support during demos, beta testing, and customer engagements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience, OR
  • Master’s with 3+ years of experience, OR
    • Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience (Ph.D. candidates with <3 years of experience are acceptable only if from Tier 1 colleges)
  • Technical Expertise (Minimum 3 years in each):
    • Algorithm Development
    • Computer Vision
    • Image Processing
    • C++ Programming
  • Proficiency in Python, Linux shell scripting, OOP, and source code control tools.
  • Strong background in image processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

    • Additional Requirements

    • Experience in a product company is mandatory (current and past).
    • Candidates must have good organizational stability (minimum 2 years tenure in previous companies).
    • No major career gaps.

    Nice to Have

    • Exposure to advanced ML/DL model optimization techniques.
    • Experience working on large-scale data-driven systems.
