Job Summary

We are seeking an

Algorithm Engineer

with experience in

deep learning, machine learning, image processing, and computer vision

to develop algorithms for high-precision wafer inspection and metrology applications. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ML/DL workflows for production-ready systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting customer engagements including product demos and beta testing.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and machine learning algorithms for image processing and computer vision applications.
  • Evaluate and improve training datasets and workflow processes for ML/DL models.
  • Assess, compare, and implement various ML/DL learning models to improve system performance.
  • Develop algorithms to enhance signal-to-noise ratios from diverse image conditions.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams across all phases of product lifecycles.
  • Work with product engineering teams to define performance specifications and deliver to those specifications.
  • Provide technical support during product demos, beta testing, and customer engagement projects.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3–8 years in algorithm development, computer vision, and image processing.
  • Education:
    • Ph.D. (Tier-1 institution) – 0+ years experience acceptable
    • M.Tech/M.E. – 3+ years of relevant experience
    • B.Tech/B.E. – 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in:
    • Algorithm development
    • Computer vision
    • Image processing
    • C++ programming
  • Prior experience in a product company (current or past).
  • Career stability: minimum 2 years per organization, no unexplained gaps, and no frequent job-hopping.
