About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Agent Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for individuals with exactly 1 year of hands-on experience in building intelligent agents using LLMs, LangChain, RAG systems, and prompt-based workflows. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents for multi-step reasoning and task automation.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using vector databases such as FAISS or Pinecone.

Use LangChain or LlamaIndex to create agentic logic and orchestrated flows.

Engineer effective, scalable prompts for LLM-based automation.

Integrate agents with external APIs, tools, or services for real-world applications.

Monitor, test, and optimize agent performance continuously.

Required Skills

Exactly 1 year of practical experience in AI agent development or LLM-based workflow automation.

Strong command of Python and LLM frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, or equivalents.

Experience with RAG systems, vector embeddings, and semantic search using FAISS, Pinecone, or similar tools.

Deep understanding of LLM behavior, token limits, and prompt tuning.

Proficiency in prompt engineering for task-specific scenarios.

Familiarity with integrating APIs and external tools.
