About the Role

What You Will Do

• Conduct readiness assessments for Copilot and Microsoft 365, including licensing, governance, and compliance.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify and prioritize high-value business use cases.
• Design and deliver tailored enablement programs such as role-based training, champion programs, and executive coaching.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics, measure ROI, and analyze adoption insights using tools like Power BI.
• Develop governance models, acceptable use policies, and continuous optimization strategies.
• Lead pilot deployments, manage communication and engagement, and collect post-pilot feedback for refinements.
• Create and maintain readiness and adoption dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
• Support enterprise-scale rollout programs, including certifications, learning paths, and long-term enablement.
• Partner with IT, HR, and compliance teams to align with data governance and security standards.
• Advise leadership on broader AI integration opportunities across Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

What We Are Looking For

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Ability to convert technical AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills for workshops, trainings, and executive presentations.
• Analytical skills with comfort in metrics, ROI models, and reporting dashboards.
• Change management, governance design, and enablement program expertise.

Education Experience

• 5-10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, AI adoption, digital workplace consulting, enterprise training, or change enablement.
• Microsoft Certifications such as

  MS-900, AI-900, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect

  (preferred).
• Familiarity with change management frameworks like

  Prosci ADKAR

  .
• Background in consulting, customer success, or digital transformation initiatives.
