Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist based in Ahmedabad. The Agronomist will be responsible for conducting research, monitoring soil and plant health, developing irrigation plans, and optimizing plant nutrition. Day-to-day tasks include implementing hydroponic growing systems, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal crop yields. The Agronomist will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality and sustainable farming solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Soil & Soiless Hydroponics and Agriculture
• Expertise in developing and managing Irrigation systems
• Proficient in conducting Research on crop development and health
• Strong understanding of Plant Nutrition
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
• Experience in hydroponic farming is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
