We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Scientist/Botanist who can bring deep plant science expertise. As a Agricultural Scientist/Botanist with 6+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between plant science and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scientific expertise in Botany to support focus on crops, plants, and agricultural systems.
• Conduct research and analysis of plant growth, soil-plant interaction, plant diseases, and stress factors relevant to agriculture.
• Design plant experiments, field trials, and validation studies to test product effectiveness.
• Document plant taxonomy, morphology, physiology, and phenology
• Ensure alignment with sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices.
• Provide expert guidance on agriculture trends, crop patterns, and innovations in plant science.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Botany, Plant Science, Agriculture Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in plant research, agriculture, horticulture, or a related applied field.
• Strong understanding of plant taxonomy, physiology, pathology, ecology, and crop science.
• Hands-on experience with fieldwork, greenhouse studies, or agricultural trials.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
