Agronomist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agronomist to join our innovative Agritech startup. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in crop science and a strong communicator, passionate about leveraging technology to empower farmers and drive sustainable agricultural practices. Key Responsibilities:  * Training & Advisory: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our Agri Advisors, ensuring they are equipped with the latest agronomic knowledge and best practices to support our farmer community.  * Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and accurate content for our social media platforms, including articles, short videos, and infographics on topics like soil health, pest management, and crop nutrition.  * Product Coordination: Collaborate with the tech and product teams to coordinate the functional requirements of our agritech application, providing agronomic expertise to enhance features and ensure they meet farmer needs.  * Thought Leadership: Represent the company in various forums, conferences, and webinars, delivering impactful presentations on our products and vision for modern agriculture. Skills & Qualifications:  * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.  * Proven experience as an Agronomist, preferably in a tech-driven or startup environment.  * Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).  * Ability to translate complex agricultural concepts into simple, actionable advice.  * Experience in creating digital content for social media is a plus.  * A strong passion for technology and its application in agriculture.
