Role Description

The Agri Partnerships & Field Operations Lead at Luminoid Technologies is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh, India. Responsibilities include forging and managing partnerships with agricultural stakeholders, overseeing field operations, and working closely with farmers to ensure the effective implementation of KrishiGyan AI solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for project execution, monitoring key performance indicators, and gathering field data to influence decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership building with governments, NGOs, and agricultural stakeholders
• Skills in project management, field operations, and monitoring
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting field and data insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
• Knowledge of farming practices, agricultural technology, and rural dynamics
• Proficiency in local languages such as Hindi is a plus, alongside English fluency
• Ability to work in rural settings and willingness to travel as necessary
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for sustainable agricultural practices
• Relevant degree or certification in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields
