Talent Acquisition.
Leadership Hiring
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and executive positions across highway and marine project verticals.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
Partner with project heads and business leaders to understand leadership needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structuring for key projects.
Contribute to HR initiatives including onboarding, talent engagement, and retention for senior hires.
Executive search and recruitment
Strategic sourcing and talent mapping
Negotiation and communication skills
Industry networking and relationship building
Exposure of project-based HR requirements (Marine, Highways, EPC)
