Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert in SAP FICO, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules such as GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, PCA, and CCA. With a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support, particularly in commercial organizations with manufacturing operations, you will have a solid understanding of financial and controlling processes and their integration with manufacturing, procurement, and sales. Collaboration with Finance, Costing, and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions will be a key part of your role. You will manage month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP, support cost center planning, product costing, and profitability analysis, and ensure data consistency between FICO and other modules such as PP, MM, and SD. Additionally, you will assist with data migration, testing, training, and documentation. Your required experience includes a minimum of 7-14 years of SAP FICO experience, preferably in manufacturing-driven commercial environments. You should have a strong understanding of business processes in finance, controlling, and manufacturing cost accounting, as well as experience with integration to manufacturing and supply chain modules. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or major rollout. Qualifications for this role include certification in SAP S/4HANA (FICO), experience with tax compliance, intercompany processes, and reporting tools, as well as professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA-Finance. Post-go-live, you will provide functional support and assist in process improvements to ensure the effective operation and optimization of SAP FICO systems.,
