Job Description

As an Assistant General Manager in MEP at RELT-REALTY, Mumbai, your role includes: - Understanding the basic design concept of various systems such as Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. You will be responsible for critical study in terms of value engineering, techno-commercial aspects, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC. - Studying the BOQ, Tender & providing comments for Vendor finalization. - Managing vendors from kick-off meeting till project handover, including day to day management, resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirements. - Resolving all site issues by coordinating with stakeholders like Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, quality team, etc. - Communicating with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC & MPCB when required. - Focusing on cost-effective solutions, innovative thinking, and digital acumen. - Demonstrating motivation to grow within the organization, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and having a dedicated intention to bring subordinates to a higher level. - Performing independent billing and audit tasks. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 12-16 years of experience in MEP, a B.Tech/BE degree, and proficiency in MEP skills.
