Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven AGM – Sales to lead and manage the sales function for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all stages of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion across all channels (online/offline).

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Advisors.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives.

Project Sales Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
  • Conduct site visits, sales launches, and customer engagement events.

Revenue & Reporting:

  • Own P&L responsibility for the sales division or assigned project(s).
  • Provide accurate and timely MIS reports, sales forecasts, and analysis to senior leadership.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, payment plans, and inventory movement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital sales tools.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,145.88 - ₹54,558.80 per month
