Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGM - Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, team management, and client relationship building. This role involves developing sales strategies, driving project sales, and ensuring monthly and annual targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve project-wise sales targets.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Maintain and build long-term customer relationships through effective communication and client servicing.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of sales executives.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and sales performance dashboards.
  • Handle negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
  • Ensure legal compliance and documentation for all property sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Real Estate (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within real estate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, trends, and RERA regulations.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Networking and client engagement capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and local language.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
