Job Description

Sales & Business development:

  • Lead business development & sales activity for new/lost & existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring on time deliveries and resolution of customer complaints
  • Oversee the sales team's activities, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals. Ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and motivate them for high performance
  • Expand the company's distribution network internationally, including identifying key markets.
  • Generate business from existing international distributors and representatives tracking their customers.
  • For international customers, ensuring correct quotes preparation including freight calculations, submission to customers, following up with distributors for conversion, negotiation and follow up till delivery and payment realization.
  • Follow up with all leads and convert them into sales
  • Set sales and marketing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Make monthly sales projections and weekly action plans. Update quarterly customer wise data. Prepare and share regular MIS & Reports on sales and marketing performance for senior management.
  • Collaborate with product development, operations, and purchase to ensure smoother sales.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop marketing collateral to drive lead generation through marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing.
  • Develop a budget and manage exhibitions including design, layout, setup of the company's booth, logistics such as shipping, booth construction, equipment setup, and accommodation. Ensure all necessary marketing materials, brochures, product samples, and giveaways are prepared.

Who can FIT in to this role:

  • Male Candidate - having 12 -15 years of experience in international sales and marketing of products, peripherals, consumables to the die casting industry in India and worldwide
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Have understanding of the basics of die casting and major challenges that they face.
  • Age should be between 35 to 40 years
  • Should have traveling history and willing to travel extensively within India and abroad
  • Candidates should reside within 20 Kms of Raga Engineers with self conveyance or willing to relocate.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and branding
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools
