Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Assist in banking activities
  • Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and other tasks
  • Keep the office clean and organized
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent
  • Driving license
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
