Position: Head of Sales

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: COO


Primary Responsibility for the position – Head of Sales:

Accountable for achieving business results and revenue growth, exceed customer expectations, lead multi-regional sales Teams and be a catalyst to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning to drive business growth
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor movements, industry-trends
  • Identify strategic partnerships & collaborations to augment revenue growth
  • Standardize sales processes and robust reporting systems, including KPIs, MIS and other tools for performance analysis.
  • Lead, monitor and coach Sales Teams at all Branches of the Company
  • Adhere to cross-functional collaborations within the Company; ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Drive customer-centric approach so as to enhance trust, responsiveness & service excellence.
  • Timely resolution of customer escalations.
  • Provide strategic support to the Leadership to review and revamp pricing structure, incentive structures for Sales Teams.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars & other events that will provide visibility to the Company and its products.
