Job Description

Looking for a candidate who can handle tendering, site survey, estimation of quantity, monitoring and follow up of design and drawings for projects and dealing with technical correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering, site survey, estimation of quantity.
Monitoring and follow up of design and drawings for projects.
Dealing with technical correspondence between HO, IE/AE and Department, monitoring flow correspondence and keeping these up to date for perusal of CMD.
Dealing with technical site issues with site in-charge
Preparation of LOS with QS Manager
Liasioning of authority, consultants,
Review of site visit of ongoing projects
Follow-up with site in-charge for progress

Key Requirements:

Qualification Diploma/ Graduate in Civil Engineering.
15+ years of experience in Infrastructure.
Competent in designs and drawings and strong technical skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, co-ordination and communication skills.
