As an experienced professional in interior fit-outs and interior finishing works, your role will involve managing vendors, estimating costs, developing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Your expertise in activity and resource planning, along with strong negotiation skills, will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, your ability to create daily reports will contribute to effective project monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Budgeting Execution - Billing and monitoring of site activities - Preparation of cost estimates and project schedules - Coordination with subcontractors, labor, clients, architects, consultants, and project management consultants - Overall project management from inception to site handover - Finalization of project plans and control of construction costs and work quality - Monitoring project progress and fit-out alignment with plans - Site billing and project handover with a focus on client satisfaction and approval Qualifications Required: - Experience in executing large-scale retail and hospitality or commercial projects - Background in civil and interior designing industry - Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior project execution - B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or B.Arch in Any Specialization - Willingness to travel across India for project execution In addition to a challenging role, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
