Job Description – AGM – Mechanical (ERW / CDW / Galvalume Line)

Experience: Minimum 15 Years

Salary Range: ₹20 Lakh per annum

Location:, Kutch, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance for ERW, CDW, and Galvalume production lines.

Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Ensure high machine availability, minimal breakdowns, and smooth production operations.

Lead installation, commissioning, and upgradation of mechanical equipment.

Coordinate with Production, QC, and Electrical teams to achieve operational excellence.

Control maintenance costs and optimize spare parts inventory.

Drive continuous improvement projects in reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Train and mentor the mechanical team for skill enhancement and productivity.

Key Requirements:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

15+ years of experience in mechanical operations & maintenance in ERW/Tube, CDW, or Galvalume industry.

Strong technical knowledge of welding lines, tube mills, furnaces, and heavy mechanical systems.

Proven ability to lead large mechanical teams in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
